SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description

By providing your phone number and consenting on a form at MtgPro.ai (Contact, Strategy Quiz, or Rate Watch), you agree to receive SMS / MMS text messages from us related to your mortgage inquiry, application status, rate alerts, equity updates, and periodic mortgage market intelligence. This program is operated by Arran Amorozo on behalf of West Capital Lending, Inc..

2. Message Frequency

Up to 6 messages per month per program. Frequency may vary based on the stage of your loan application or the specific alert subscription you opted into.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. We do not charge a fee to receive messages from this program.

4. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send you one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-join, sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

5. How to Get Help (HELP)

6. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and most other U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy & Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Eligibility

SMS service is available to residents of the United States only. You must be 18 years of age or older and must be the account holder of the mobile number provided, or have authority from the account holder to consent to receive messages on the account.

9. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any property, applying for a loan, or receiving any service. You can request information by phone or email instead.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
